A. Yes. Often times we can complete and ship an order the same day but it depends on the time of day you place an order and your availability to approve the proof. Once approved orders generally ship within 24 hours.
Q. Are the prayer cards laminated?
A. Yes! Our prayer cards and bookmarks are fully laminated, this helps to protect and preserve the quality of the images for years to come.
Q. Can the cards be ordered non-laminated?
A. We do not offer non-laminated cards as they look and feel unfinished. It is best to have them laminated to stand the test of time.
Q. Does it cost more to have something custom printed on the cards?
A. No. The cards are priced the same. Everything we do here at Memorial Prayer Cards is custom. Each order is set up for each order placed with us. You may submit your own images, photos, artwork, poems, prayers and layout at no additional cost. The only thing to be careful about is images or prayers that may be under copyright, those things we could not reproduce. We also cannot reproduce song lyrics as those are also under copyright. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. May I have the prayer card with no photo?
A. Yes. You may have the prayer card with or without a photo.

Should you wish to re-order, e-mail us with the name of the deceased, the date/month the original order may have been placed or the e-mail it was placed through, the quantity you require and the shipping address for the re-order. Q. Do you provide a proof?
A. Yes. We e-mail you a proof for your approval. Should you require any edits, additions or corrections you submit them by e-mail to us. We will make the changes and forward a revised proof for you review and approval. We are happy to make any and all changes you need. Q. Do you sell pre-printed 8-up prayer cards I can print on my own printer?
A. No. We do not sell any pre-printed prayer cards as noted above, everything we do is custom and each order is set up specifically for each customer. The cards are not pre-printed or perforated so there would be no way for you to cut the cards if we were to sell them in an 8-up format. We are set up here with the equipment needed to print and process the orders.
Q. Can I have a prayer in a different language?
A. Yes. As long as you can send the copy along to us and proof it as we do not have a translator on site to do so. You are responsible for final content.
Q. Can I have the back and the front of the card reversed?
A. Since the cards are two sided we refer to one as the front and one as the back for proof purposed only. It makes no real difference which side is which and whichever side you wish to be the "front" you may simply turn the card over.
