Why we don’t have a phone number on our website?
Because we operate on extremely tight deadlines to meet our customers needs. (most orders ship the same day as an order is placed, all orders ship within 24 hours of payment and approval) We found it very difficult to properly handle phone calls. We also feel strongly about answering questions in writing so there is precise and accurate communication.
The MPC website is open for orders and inquires 24/7
Our normal studio office hours are: Monday through Friday 9 am to 2 pm, EST.
The office is closed on week-ends and major U.S. holidays.
Memorial Prayer Cards is owned and operated by Beth and Keith Phelan formerly of Salem, Massachusetts, now living in The Villages, Florida. We will personally respond to your questions and comments usually within minutes during normal business hours.
